With new leaders appointed to govern Greece and Italy and a new head of the European Central Bank, shall we see a recovery and some stability emerging in the financial markets?

All are highly intelligent. All have been recently appointed to their positions. All are economists who attended top American universities, Mario Monti (Yale), Mario Draghi (MIT), Lucas Papademos (MIT). Monto and Draghi both worked for Goldman Sachs. All three men understand the working of the EC.
One would hope that the situation in the EC will improve and turn around with the assistance of these three brilliant technocrats.
